Overview
Autonomir engages third-party sub-processors to help provide, secure and support the Services. This page describes the categories of sub-processors we use. Autonomir remains responsible for its sub-processors’ performance and requires them to be bound by data-protection and confidentiality obligations appropriate to their role.
Categories of sub-processors
Depending on the Services purchased, Autonomir may engage sub-processors in the following categories:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure — compute, storage and network that run the cloud Services.
- Security and threat-intelligence infrastructure — services that support threat detection, analysis and delivery of security updates.
- Product analytics and operational monitoring — tooling used to operate, secure and improve the Services.
- Email and notification delivery — delivery of operational and security notifications.
- Website form processing and content delivery — services that support the public autonomir.com website.
Website vs. product sub-processors
Some sub-processors support only the public autonomir.com website — for example, form processing (Formspree) and webfont delivery — as described in our Privacy Policy. Others support the Autonomir product Services delivered to enrolled devices and dashboards.
