Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Scope
This policy covers the Autonomir public website at www.autonomir.com. It does not cover the Autonomir products deployed inside a customer environment — data handling for those is governed by the agreement between Autonomir Inc. and that customer.
Information we collect
This website does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information simply because you browse it.
We collect information only when you choose to submit it through a form on this site — the demo request, contact, partner inquiry and careers introduction forms. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
- Your job title, region or website, where you provide them
- Your phone number, where you provide it
- The number of endpoints under management, where you provide it
- The content of the message you write
We ask for the minimum needed to respond sensibly. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
How we use it
We use information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange a demonstration, evaluate a partnership, or consider an introduction for a role. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
The Autonomir mobile app
This section applies when you use the Autonomir mobile app on a device enrolled by your organization. The app is deployed by your employer or organization, and the data described here is processed so that your organization’s security team can protect its devices and data.
Device security telemetry. The app continuously evaluates the security of the device and sends the results to your organization’s Autonomir dashboard. This includes the device’s security posture and security score, detected threats, scan history, and technical device information such as the OS version and device model. Your organization’s IT and security administrators can see this information, linked to you as the enrolled user, so they can respond to threats on devices that access company data.
Location when a threat is detected. If the app detects a security threat, it records the device’s precise location at that moment and attaches it to the threat report, so your security team knows where an incident happened. Location is captured only when a threat is detected — the app does not continuously track or upload your location. You can see the same threat locations in your own threat history in the app, and they are visible to your IT administrator on the dashboard.
Diagnostics and crash reports. The app collects diagnostic information to find and fix problems with the app itself. This includes the app’s own log entries (uploaded with security telemetry) and, when the app crashes, a crash report collected through Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. A crash report contains the technical state of the app at the moment it stopped — such as the type of error, the code location, the device model, the operating-system version, and memory and storage state — together with a random installation identifier generated by Crashlytics. Crash reports do not contain your messages, contacts, photos, files, email address, or account credentials. This data is used only to improve the stability of the app; it is not used for advertising and is not used to track you across other apps or services.
Device identifier. The app identifies the device using Apple’s identifier for vendor (IDFV). It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not use or share any of this data for advertising.
Network protection (VPN). To block active network attacks, the app can engage a kill switch built on Apple’s VPN (Network Extension) APIs, which temporarily stops the device’s network traffic until the threat clears. We do not sell, use, or disclose to third parties any data from this VPN feature for any purpose.
Your choices and data deletion. Accounts are provisioned by your organization — the app does not offer self-service registration. Signing out of the app unlinks the device from your organization’s dashboard. To request deletion of data the app has collected about you or your device, contact your organization’s IT administrator, who manages enrollment and data for your organization; you can also reach us at info@autonomir.com and we will route your request to the correct data controller.
Service providers. We use Google (Firebase Crashlytics) to process crash and diagnostic reports on our behalf. In providing this service, Google acts as our processor and receives the diagnostic data described above. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Firebase terms and Google’s privacy policy (firebase.google.com/support/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy). We do not authorize this data to be sold or used for advertising.
Third parties involved in running this site
Two third parties process data on our behalf when you use this website:
- Formspree receives and forwards form submissions to Autonomir. Its handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Loading a font from Google causes your browser to make a request to Google’s servers, which necessarily discloses your IP address to Google.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs in the ordinary course of serving the site.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not carry advertising or social-media tracking pixels — no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no equivalent from any other network.
If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect and, where required, consent will be requested.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business-record purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these, email info@autonomir.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than made silently.
