Service Level Agreement
Autonomir’s approach to the availability and reliability of its cloud Services.
Effective August 30, 2026 · Last updated August 30, 2026
Overview
This page describes Autonomir’s approach to the availability of its cloud Services. Specific service-level commitments, measurement methods and any service credits apply only where they are stated in a customer’s Order or an executed service-level agreement.
Availability
Autonomir designs and operates its cloud Services for high availability and monitors them continuously. Where a service-level commitment applies, availability is measured over each calendar month and excludes scheduled maintenance and events outside Autonomir’s reasonable control.
Maintenance
Autonomir performs routine and, when necessary, emergency maintenance. Autonomir aims to schedule routine maintenance so as to limit disruption and to give advance notice of planned maintenance that is expected to affect availability.
Service credits
Where a customer’s Order includes a service-level commitment, the service credits described there are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the stated service levels, as provided in the Enterprise Terms & Conditions.
Exclusions
Service-level commitments do not apply to issues arising from customer configuration, customer or third-party systems, factors outside Autonomir’s reasonable control, or evaluation, beta or trial functionality.
