Acceptable Use Policy
The uses that are permitted and prohibited when accessing the Autonomir Services.
Effective August 30, 2026 · Last updated August 30, 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Autonomir Services. It supplements the Autonomir Enterprise Terms & Conditions; capitalized terms have the meaning given there. In the event of a conflict, the Enterprise Terms & Conditions and the applicable Order govern.
Authorized use
Customers may use the Services only for lawful and authorized business, cybersecurity, device-management, endpoint-management and security-administration purposes, in accordance with the Agreement and the Documentation.
Lawful authority and consents
Customers must have lawful authority over the devices, endpoints, accounts, identities, applications, networks and systems they manage or protect using the Services. Customers must obtain all rights, notices, authorizations and consents required under applicable law — including employment, privacy, telecommunications, works-council and data-protection law — before monitoring, analyzing, managing or taking action affecting employees, users, contractors, devices, identities, applications, communications, systems or data.
Prohibited activities
Customers may not:
- unlawfully access, intercept, monitor or interfere with third-party systems;
- conduct unauthorized surveillance;
- violate applicable privacy or data-protection laws;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- misuse security capabilities;
- circumvent licensing, metering or security controls, or exceed licensed quantities;
- reverse engineer protected Autonomir technology except where legally non-waivable;
- use non-public Autonomir technology to develop or train a competing product or service;
- conduct unauthorized vulnerability, penetration or benchmark testing against Autonomir infrastructure, or publish benchmark results without Autonomir’s prior written consent;
- redistribute or sublicense Autonomir technology without express authorization; or
- use the Services beyond the rights granted under the applicable Agreement.
Responsibility for automated actions
Customers are responsible for the automated and autonomous capabilities they enable and for the configurations, policies, thresholds, permissions and integrations they select, as described in the Enterprise Terms & Conditions.
Enforcement
Autonomir may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, suspected security threats, or a violation of this policy or the Agreement, as described in the Enterprise Terms & Conditions. Suspected abuse or security issues can be reported to security@autonomir.com.
